Demos
The following demos are free. You may use them to help you discover some of
the capabilities of gNova CHORD and how it might
be used for your own applications. As much as we'd like for you to be wildly
impressed with the speed, please remember that network latency and the limited
resources of our web server prevent these demos from working as well as if they
were on your local system. If you would like more information about CHORD, please
contact us at info@gnova.com.
The following demos are available:
- Structure Search lets you sketch
in a substructure and find all matches in a database of about 240,000 compounds.
You can also see the substructure highlighted in each match.
- Structural Fragments lets you
sketch in a structure and see highlighted atoms which match the public166
keys table, or see which atoms contribute to polar surface area.
- Database Server allows you to type
in SQL commands to test every CHORD function.
For example, you might create canonical SMILES, perform substructure queries
against a database of about 240,000 compounds, generate fingerprints, compute
polar surface areas, generate public166 keys, etc. You will not be able to
insert structures into our tables or otherwise modify them. Because this opens
up a great deal of access to our database, please contact us at info@gnova.com
for temporary login credentials.
